The city of Ekurhuleni Municipality has published their General Valuation Roll for the period 2021 – 2025. Ratepayers are afforded the opportunity to inspect the valuation roll prior implementation and lodge an objection on or before 16 June 2021 if you are of the opinion that your new valuation is above the comparable market related value. Your new Ekurhuleni property valuation will determine your new property rates and taxes payable from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2025.

Please call us now for there is little prospect of having your municipal valuation amended if your objection is not lodged before 16 June 2021.
